A Century of Expertise.

CommercialKitchens.org was built by the Contract Manufacturing Alliance to serve as the definitive resource for commercial kitchen operators and food entrepreneurs across the United States.

Our Mission

What CommercialKitchens.org Does

CommercialKitchens.org is the Contract Manufacturing Alliance's commercial kitchen arm. Our mission is to offer all commercial kitchens the tools needed to help their clients — and to help food entrepreneurs find the ideal kitchen space to launch their products.

We avail our matchmaking platforms to commercial kitchen partners that have needs for kitchen equipment, ingredients, packaging, recipe tools, and much more. And we give entrepreneurs a single starting point: a searchable directory of 1,800+ kitchens across all 50 states.

As the Innovate phase of the Alliance's Innovate · Create · Launch framework, we are where food businesses begin — connecting dreamers with their first kitchen, and kitchens with the resources they need to serve them.

The Alliance Framework

Innovate · Create · Launch

Phase 1 — This Is Us
INNOVATE

Commercial Kitchens sits here. We are the entry point — licensed shared kitchen spaces where food entrepreneurs take their ideas from concept to first production batch. This is where products are born.

Phase 2
CREATE

When entrepreneurs are ready to scale, the Alliance connects them to pilot plants, food innovation centers, and contract manufacturers. From a kitchen batch to commercial production.

Phase 3
LAUNCH

From production to market — the Alliance's retail network, private labeling partners, and specialty retail connections get products onto shelves and into consumers' hands.

CommercialKitchens.org doesn't operate in isolation. We are one of 8 arms of the Contract Manufacturing Alliance — each arm dedicated to a different stage of the manufacturing journey. When our kitchen partners need something beyond their walls, the Alliance has the right arm for the next step.

Founding Partner

The Contract Packaging Association

Founded in 1992, the Contract Packaging Association (CPA) is a national non-profit trade organization dedicated to promoting the growth and welfare of contract packaging and manufacturing firms across North America.

The CPA provides member firms with a range of programs designed to help them grow, connect with brands, and operate more effectively. Their RFQ matching system connects brands directly to qualified member manufacturers — a core tool of the Alliance.

The CPA publishes CP Magazine, the official publication of the contract packaging industry, produced by PMMI Media Group. The publication reaches over 20,000 qualified packaging professionals three times per year.

As a founding partner of the Contract Manufacturing Alliance, the CPA brings credibility, institutional knowledge, and a network of North America's most respected contract manufacturers to the ecosystem.

The Co-Packing Network / Conzumables

The Co-Packing Network brings a heritage that stretches back to the early 1920s — a family history in consumer products spanning supermarkets, wholesaling, manufacturing, and brand ownership, handed down through generations.

That history evolved into Conzumables and the Co-Packing Network: a modern operation dedicated to helping food entrepreneurs navigate the path from kitchen idea to retail shelf. Since 2008, they've worked with over 40 brands that have appeared on Shark Tank.

The Co-Packing Network's matchmaking expertise — connecting brands with co-packers, ingredients suppliers, packaging vendors, and retailers — is at the heart of what the Alliance offers. When a kitchen client is ready to scale, this is the network they step into.

Operating from offices in Las Vegas, Honolulu, Dallas, and Raleigh, the Co-Packing Network covers the country — coast to coast, from Honolulu to the Research Triangle.

Our Heritage

A Century in Consumer Products

From a family supermarket in the 1920s to a national commercial kitchen network today.

1920s
1920s – 1940s

The Family Business Begins

A family enters the consumer products industry through supermarket operations. Hands-on experience in retail, product sourcing, and the supply chain. The foundation of everything that follows is laid during these decades.

1950s
1950s – 1960s

Expanding into Wholesaling

From retail to wholesale distribution — a broader view of how products move from manufacturer to shelf. The family builds expertise in the intermediary layer of the CPG world, learning what brands need to succeed at scale.

1970s
1970s – 1980s

Manufacturing and Brand Ownership

The operation moves deeper into the supply chain: manufacturing and owning brands directly. First-hand experience building products, managing production, and understanding what it takes to succeed in competitive consumer categories.
